Admission Rules

St. Paul’s High school is a Minority Institution. As such the first preference is given to Catholics.

Admission is left entirely to the discretion of Principal.

Parents seeking admission for their child / children must forward the Principal an application form correctly filled in and signed by the Parent or Guardian, together with a copy of the Birth Certificate and Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.

If seats are available admissions are made on merit after an Entrance Test.

The selected candidates can have the application form, from the Principal's Office and intimation cards will be sent to the candidates selected for admission.

Selected candidates shall pay the prescribed fee in cash. Cheques and drafts will not be accepted. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Students coming from other States must get the T.C. countersigned by the District Educational Officer of the respective state. Please make a special note of this point.

Admissions are left entirely to the decision of the Principal. After selection, the Principal is not available for any discussion regarding admissions.

Date of Birth Certificate
Passport Size Photographs – 2
Caste Certificate (BC/SC/ST)
Aadhar Card Copy

Under no circumstances will any change be made in the date of birth and name as given in the original document.

Withdrawal Rules

1

Once the students are admitted into the school, parents should not presume that their wards continue education in the school till X std, unless they score good marks and have good behaviour every year.

Parents who wish to withdraw a student from school must submit an application written and signed by them.

3

Application for T.C. at the end of the academic year should reach the office before 30th of April.

4

No Transfer Certificate is issued until all dues or arrears of the student are paid.

5

Students leaving the school shall pay the fees for the holiday months in the academic year.

6

Students must keep all the certificates safely. No duplicate T.C. will be issued.

7

No T.C. will be issued during holidays or vacations.

Withdrawls

Parents should submit written notice before withdrawing students.
